Hello, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Azio AI Holdings. My name is Chris Young, and I am the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors and will act as Chairman of this Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It is approximately 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and in accordance with the notice of meeting, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I call this annual meeting to order.
I will now introduce the other directors and officers of the company who are in attendance with us at this meeting. Three of our directors, Ms. Terri White Elk, Mr. Larry G. Paige II; and Mr. Michael A. Di Pietro; Mr. Jason Maddox, a Director and our Chief Financial Officer, were not able to join the meeting today. Also attending today via live webcast is our Chief Operating Officer, Elgin Tracy; and our Chief Communications Officer, Merrick Alpert, who will also serve as the Secretary for the meeting.
At this time, I’d like to introduce Emily White of Equiniti Trust Company, LLC, who has been appointed as the Inspector of Elections at this meeting and any adjournment thereof.
